Bost Toothpaste Sign Framed Cardboard

In 1909, Good Housekeeping Magazine introduced their “Seal Of Approval” to help consumers know which products have been tested at their Experiment Station. Bost toothpaste was one of many products that was awarded their seal of approval, and the company used it in many ads, like this cardboard ad dating from the 1929. It has been framed to protect it, but looks amazing with some great graphics for the era. A small puncture and wrinkle above the hole. It also has a small hole at the bottom of the ‘e’ in “requisite” on the last line of copy. Some discoloration has occurred on the right side of the picture, along with a small corner dent in the lower right. It is marked “1929 Bost, Inc. Lthographed In U. S. A.” in the lower left, and “Edwards & Deutsch Litho Co. Chicago” in the lower right corner. This will look great in your guest bathroom! 19224-WQP
