BPS Paints Paint Shipping Box

This clean wooden shipping box with joined corners dates from the 1920’s or 1930’s and originally held twenty-four quarts of B. P. S. paint. Put a glass top on it or use it for old magazines. The sides are decorated with the round “BPS” emblem and inscribed “Paints.” One end panel is inscribed “B. P. S. Paints manuf’d by the Patterson – Sargent Co. Chicago, Cleveland, New York, Kansas City, St. Paul, Detroit, Long Island City.” The box measures ten inches tall by eighteen inches wide by fourteen inches deep and is in excellent condition with typical scratches and wear. 9447-RT
