Radios have been a favorite of collectors, and this is a very nice handheld from 1965! It has the “Enjoy that Refreshing New Feeling” slogan on the front. It is so real, it looks like you could put a dime in and pull out a refreshing Coca-Cola to quench your thirst. Coke made it look just like the Vendo model you see everywhere during the 1960’s for brand recognition. This 8-transistor AM radio, made by Nipport Electric Company Ltd., works great. Also marked Jack Russell Company, Inc., Key Biscayne, Fla. Made in Japan on the back of the radio below the vents. No cracks or chips in the case, slight wear on the back red panel. 1454-90QTP
