Dutch Boy Tin Self Framed Sign With Privilege Panel 1960s

Produced by Stout Sign Co., this Dutch Boy self-framed tin sign was a business card for painters while they were working on the job. It allowed the painter to add his name to the bottom of the sign, and passers-by could see his name and phone number to contact him if they needed any painting done. The Dutch Boy, his paintbrush, the top of the fence pickets, and the words above the fence are all embossed, while the painter’s name and phone number are not. The tin face has a few marks, with some minor bends. Around the outer edge, it features paint loss, with some rust. The right upper and lower corners have some damage. 21131-TUT
