Manufactured by the Hayes Lithographing Company in Buffalo, NY. in the early 20th century, this cute wood handled paper fan has a colorful image of a little boy riding in a wooden cart being pulled by a rooster. The back of the fan is inscribed “Bound to Have It International Ice Cream.” The fan measures 13 3/8 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide and is in excellent condition with minor edge wear and some staining and light discoloration on the back. 16660-71YT
