This great collectible appeals to many different collectors! It is marked “Ken-L Foods on the front with their cartoon dog logo, and is in new old stock condition. The wick on the lighter has never been lit and it is in the original box. The lighter is made by Penguins, as it is stamped on the bottom. It is also marked “Japan” as well.
