Smallest size mannequin I have seen with 1940’s style red hair, blue eyes and red lips. Her arms are movable but at some point in her life have been moved too much and have to be taped to her shoulders. She was probably some type of store display as she has dowels in her feet to keep her in place. I am guessing that the little girl whose name is on the wooden stand had her dad make the stand. She has put her name Rosemary Twine on the front in pencil. Marked Pat. Pend. on the back and looks to be of a plaster material and has been painted. Some of the paint off one leg . Very interesting piece for you to dress in the style you wish. 9955-OT
