Neon was king in the signage industry from the 1920s to 1960s, and who could disagree? This beautiful two color neon sign comes to us from the 1950s and features a heavy metal border around the red and green glass. “Meadow Gold” lights up nicely in red neon, and “Ice Cream” lights up nicely in green neon. The metal border has some minor tarnish that may be able to be cleaned, and some light pitting. No cracks can be seen on the original neon glass, plus the original transformer works quietly like it should. It retains the original cord and can be hung from the frame or placed on a countertop.
