Here is a beauty for you! This super sharp Double Cola flange sign has amazing colors and an excellent shine on both sides. The die cut shape stands out nicely, and it reads simply “Drink Double Cola” in the black oval background. It is marked “Copywright 1947” on the flange edge plus “D. C. – 8 – 47”, so it definitely dates from 1947. Both sides have been graded by The Authentication Company as 9.0 out of 10, with a TAC# 013498. Side A has two very minor chips on the black background, along with a small scratch. Side B has a minor chip in the ‘k’ of “Drink”, and a longer scratch in the bottom trim.
