Named “America’s Most Colorful Caverns” the Ohio Caverns were originally explored between 1897 to 1925. This great size sign let travelers know that the Caverns were triple “A” (AAA) approved and is safe to visit. The thin tin sign has the words “Ohio Caverns” and “West Liberty” embossed, as well as the AAA logo. It has six mounting holes on the top and bottom, and dates from the 1950’s. Some minor wear with paint chips has occurred on the top and sides, with multiple chips on the left side. A few very small chips are on the red background of the sign, but have not been touched up. Very clean and ready for your collection! 18885-QTP
