The “Weatherbird Parade of Nations” is a great paper advertising item from the 1920’s. The sheet contains twelve Weatherbird cut out figures that represent nations around the world. Most of the characters are carrying signs stating how much they like Weatherbird Shoes or how they wish that they could get them. The instructions are listed at the top as well as the inscription “Cut’em out, set’em up, and get all your friends to come and see the great Weatherbird Parade. If you have Lemonade or Peanuts, or Cakes, it makes a regular party, and lots of fun.” The sheet measures about ten and a quarter inches square and is in excellent condition with minor discoloration. 9580-51EU
