This small colorful NOS wire hanging display rack dates from the late 1950’s or early 1960’s and was designed to dispense D cell batteries. It has a tin sign attached, decorated in bright yellow, orange, and blue with an image of a d cell battery and the inscription “Philco Power Packed Batteries Designed Especially for transistor radios, flashlights, recorders, toys, and many other uses.” It measures 16 1/2″ tall by 3 1/4″ wide and is in excellent condition with a couple of light nicks on the top edge of the tin sign. 14349-31IU
