Here is a neat sign that is not seen very often, if at all! All it says is Firestone, but anyone familiar with automotive knows it is advertising Firestone Tires, and that is all that needs to be said! Great size on this single sided porcelain sign, measuring thirty-five and a half inches long and twelve inches tall, this is one of the smaller Firestone signs we have seen. It is marked “LA PILARICA Bs. As.” in the lower right corner in black ink. The red has faded over the years, but is in very nice shape with some minor chipping on the outer edges of the sign. This sign has six holes where it would have been attached to the service station. Unfortunately all the original grommets are missing from the sign. The right upper point in the red Firestone is bent very slightly. Very nice addition to anyone’s gas and oil collection! 18574-IPP
