Rarely seen, this beautiful Atlas Tires porcelain tire insert features the Standard Oil of Ohio name and logo. The colors are sharp on this porcelain insert that measures 19 inches across. Some chipping can be seen along the lower right edge, with porcelain loss. Up close you can see some light scratches on the porcelain insert, which is held to the inner edge of the tire on the top and bottom. We date this insert from from the 1920’s. An Atlas tire stand completes this tire and insert and makes a super nice display piece. Some small scratches are on the stand, which we date from the 1950’s.
