Dating from the 2nd half of the 19th century, this hand blown honey amber barber bottle has a rough pontil and a column optic design in the glass and is probably English in origin. It is trimmed with applied enamel fleur de lis and daisy decorations, surrounded by gold lines. Although not original to the bottle, it does have a pewter spout. With the spout it measures 9 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with typical wear on the gold decoration and a hard water stain inside around the bottom. 1285-81QTP
