Harley Davidson Motor Cycles Tin Embossed Shield Logo Sign

Rarely do these signs appear for sale, so don’t snooze on this beauty! This sign is an authentic Harley Davidson Motor Cycles tin tacker produced during the 1930s era. It allowed dealers to have their name and location on the privilege panel at the bottom. The Harley-Davidson shield has an outline embossing with “Sales” and “Service” below. A. E. Lindenau was the Harley dealer located in Norwalk, Ohio, to whom this sign was issued. The sign is a thin tin and is called a tin tacker sign. Since it is thin, it is very fragile and bends with ease. The outer corners have some small bends, with some slight paint loss. A few light scratches on the face are evident, with superb lithograph colors. This beauty is in fantastic condition and ready for your wall. 21122-YPPP
